We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10 business days unless we receive a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Dessert Crave will terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a list of known infringers and take appropriate actions in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
